In 1982, with the help of architect Annarosa Formicola, the two transformed a historic structure carved from stone into a unique restaurant. In 2001, the ambitious project expanded with the addition of a three-star hotel, equipped with 22 elegant and comfortable rooms, and a 360-square-meter banquet hall, ideal for hosting special events and weddings. The restaurant's cuisine, entrusted to the skilled hands of Chef Antonio Cristini, is renowned for its modern reinterpretation of traditional local dishes.

In 2011, to further enrich the guest experience, two state-of-the-art swimming pools were added, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating immersed in the beauty of the surrounding nature.
